Our client is seeking a Temporary P/T Office Assistant to assist their team.
OverviewA busy law firm is seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to provide general office support during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for short-term work within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support.
- Filing, scanning, and document management.
- Handling incoming calls and taking messages.
- Managing emails and correspondence.
- Preparing basic legal documents and letters.
- Assisting with diary management and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Previous administrative experience (legal experience advantageous but not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional and personable manner.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Hold or provide a clear DBS.
