Job Summary:
Collect, organize and disseminate student attendance information in a manner that is professional, diplomatic and complies with confidentiality requirements. Provide secretarial support to the Principal, faculty, and students. Provide good customer service that is professional, follow all safety and security processes and complies with confidentiality requirements.
Position Information:
* Full-Time, with benefits
* Range H9, Starting Salary $13.06
* 209 days/year, 10-month position, 7.5 hours/day
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Apple computers
* Typing and data entry skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge of a school district Student Information System
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task
Required Documents:
* Current PA Criminal History background check
* Current Federal Criminal background check
* Current Child Abuse background check
