Position Summary Information

Job Description

Summary:

* Work in Mail Services to process mail and packages for Villanova University students, faculty, and staff.

* Learn and understand Mail Services policies and procedures.

* Work with package tracking hardware/software to process mail and packages in accordance with Mail Services procedures.

* Assist at customer service window.

* Learn and understand package locker reservation systems.
