Job Description

Summary:

Provide administrative and operational support to the College of Professional Studies. This role will offer students professional experience while assisting staff, faculty, and students with day-to-day functions that support success.

Requirements:

* Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.

* Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.

* Use systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or institutional platforms.

* Data collection

* Assist college faculty/staff with special projects/initiatives.

* Other duties as assigned
