IFS Infra Source is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the office. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, leadership, and external partners and supports a productive, organized, and professional work environment.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as a liaison between office staff, leadership, and field employees.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees, including workspace setup, technology requests, drug testing, local facilitation of new hire orientation, and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records including vendor invoices, receipts, and adherence to office budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, corporate policies, and local regulations.
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and trainings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and office visitors in a professional manner.
- Support general employee engagement efforts within the office.
- Monitor and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
