Livengood Safety is a family-owned workplace and transportation safety company based in Willow Street, PA, specializing in OSHA and DOT compliance training and support services. We value professionalism, strong client relationships, and creating a positive environment where our team can continue learning and growing together.
What You'll Do as an Office Administrator- Answer incoming phone calls and greet office visitors professionally and warmly.
- Schedule safety training classes, maintain training calendars, and communicate scheduling details with clients and instructors.
- Prepare training materials, forms, and documentation to support upcoming classes and compliance activities.
- Obtain DOT numbers for clients, complete biannual DOT administrative updates, and maintain organized compliance records.
- Contact clients regarding past-due balances and coordinate payment follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to improve workflows, update procedures, and support daily office operations.
- Handle occasional local errands and travel related to office operations, supplies, and business support needs.
- Experienced Administrative Professional: At least 5 years of administrative, office coordinator, or customer service experience; experience in transportation, construction, manufacturing, or safety-related environments is a plus.
- Organized & Self-Directed: Manages schedules, documentation, and competing priorities with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and minimal supervision.
- Professional Communicator: Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients, instructors, vendors, and team members both verbally and in writing.
- Technically Capable: Comfortable using Microsoft Office/365, Google Workspace, and Quick Books or similar accounting software.
- Values-Driven Team Player: Approaches clients and coworkers with professionalism, trustworthiness, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset that fits a family-owned company culture.
- $27–32/hour based on experience
