Job Purpose
In furtherance of Westminster Theological Seminary’s mission to train specialists in the Bible for service to Christ and his global church, we are looking for a qualified candidate to facilitate ministry both on campus and globally as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Global Ministries (EA to the Global VP).

Administrative Responsibilities- Provide calendar, email, and logistical support
- Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting notes, and organize action items for implementation
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Coordinate with President’s Office on various Westminster initiatives
- Coordinate hospitality for Seminary guests
- Other administrative tasks as requested
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Global VP
- Support communication within the department and with our global constituents
- Assist in the planning and execution of department events and projects
- Collect prayer requests from Global’s language initiatives for monthly prayer meeting
- Record correspondence with partners and potential partners
- Communicate with and schedule meetings with external constituents
- Prepare materials for donor presentations
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and cross-cultural sensitivity
- Strong orientation to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to creatively problem solve and pivot in response to changing circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general technological aptitude
- Wisdom, confidence, discernment, and discretion in confidential and relational matters
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ year of transferable experience
- Some proficiency in another language preferred (especially Korean)
- Some overseas experience preferred
- Knowledge of Westminster’s distinctives and history
- This position operates in a professional office environment, with an expectation of working on or near campus.
- This is a part‑time, non‑exempt position requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to develop into a full‑time, non‑exempt position based on ministry needs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, and reach.
