Solanco School District is searching for a dedicated, detail-oriented, motivated individual for a full-time (40 hours per week), twelve-month position. Duties include supervising and coordinating purchasing and procurement functions, facilitate bid and quote activities, monitor and approve purchase orders, coordinate and assist with the budget process, maintain insurance files, submit insurance claims and assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.
Individual must be computer literate with knowledge and expertise in the use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word), strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and ability to interact in a friendly, positive manner with people. Applicant must demonstrate competency with Microsoft applications.
