Stockroom Clerk
.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stockroom Clerk to join our team. This vital role is responsible for the ordering of materials, supplies, and equipment, and the follow-up with vendors on shipment and delivery.

The Stockroom Clerk will conduct his/herself in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic/UHS Health System.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Data processing and supply management experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortability of routine office equipment.
  • Efficiency in ordering online.
  • Maintain vendor relations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Manual dexterity for typing and accessing filing systems.
  • Pushing, pulling and lifting to 50 pounds.
  • Intermittent sitting, and standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
