Assistant Business Office Manager
Neffsville Nursing and Rehab | Lancaster, PA

Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Assistant Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA
.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of the business office by helping to implement and maintain efficient systems that ensure accurate billing, strong financial performance, and overall operational effectiveness.

Position Details
  • Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining efficient business office systems and processes

  • Ensure supplies are requested, approved, and ordered in accordance with facility policies

  • Bill, monitor, and collect accounts receivable
    , ensuring timely and accurate processing

  • Report delinquent accounts to the Administrator and/or Director of Finance

  • Assist in planning and implementing improvements to accounting and billing systems

  • Perform all duties of the Accounting/Billing Assistant as needed

  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory and company standards

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of business office and/or accounting experience required

  • Experience with
    long-term care accounts receivable preferred

  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing required

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
