Client Service Associate – Bare Wealth Advisors (BWA) ABOUT US

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant provides administrative, operational, and client experience support to Advisors and the broader team. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and is responsible for coordinating onboarding, preparing for client meetings, managing CRM workflows, and ensuring timely follow-through on client-related activities. Working closely with Advisors and Client Service Associates, this position plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience while enhancing advisor effectiveness and supporting efficient internal processes.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and service inquiries (non-transactional)
  • Coordinate and execute new client onboarding workflows from start to finish
  • Prepare advisors for client meetings (agendas, materials, data gathering)
  • Document meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Manage advisor calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
  • Assist in managing advisor email communications and prioritization
  • Maintain and optimize CRM workflows, templates, and activity tracking
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client data within BWA systems
  • Coordinate with CSA team to initiate and track account-related tasks
  • Support cross-functional communication with advisors, CSAs, and operations; as well as client follow-up with COI’s (accountants, attorneys, bankers, etc.)
  • Perform expanded functions and other tasks as assigned by Senior Advisor(s)
REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3-5 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle frequent interruptions. Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance and urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact and make clients feel welcome and valued
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and adept at learning and utilizing new software
  • Self-motivated with a desire to complete work with excellence
