  • Organize executive meetings, leadership events, and business initiatives by coordinating logistics, arranging travel, securing meeting spaces, and preparing materials.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence. Draft and proofread internal and external communications on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Assist executives and leadership teams with coordinating projects, monitoring progress on initiatives, and supporting operational improvements across divisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and records, complete expense reports, and support administrative workflows that help ensure efficient executive operations.
  • Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 6–8 years of administrative or office support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
    • Multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
    • Discretion when handling confidential information
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

The combination of skills, behaviors, and attributes required to perform effectively in a role and achieve organizational goals include:

    • Business Insight: Understands business operations, market trends, and applies knowledge to drive results.
    • Nimble Learning: Adapts quickly, explores solutions, embraces new challenges, and learns from mistakes.
    • Interpersonal Savvy: Builds positive relationships across levels, functions, and cultures with diplomacy and tact.
    • Customer Focus: Delivers tailored solutions, exceeds expectations, and builds strong customer relationships.
    • Plans & Aligns: Sets goals aligned with organizational priorities, creates actionable plans with milestones, and prepares effective contingencies.
