Position Overview
Our repair and remodeling company in Wyoming, PA is seeking an Office Support Person. This is a full‑time position with office hours 8 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, though flexibility is required when needed. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, construction knowledge, and phone sales experience. Our fast‑paced environment requires strong multitasking, organization, and proactive resourcefulness.
Responsibilities- Detail oriented and multi‑tasking
- Dependable, punctual, reliable
- Schedule customer jobs
- Interact with craftsmen, owners, customers and vendors
- Enter work orders into the system
- Quote range of hours to complete repair tasks
- Create and modify processes
- Maintain social media networking sites and marketing initiatives
- Filing, faxing and other clerical duties
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated, initiative, minimal supervision
- Excellent telephone skills
At least 5 years of Administrative Assistant/Customer Service experience supporting different areas of the business. Ability to interact with owners, customers, craftsmen and vendors at all levels. Strong organizational skills and high efficiency.
CompensationSalary: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience and skills. This role offers tremendous potential for career advancement.
