What you’ll doProvide administrative support by performing clerical duties such as filing, keying, faxing, entering and extracting data from multiple systems, and using computer applications (email, spreadsheets, word processing, Microsoft Office). Maintain accuracy and focus on details in all tasks.
What you’ll bring- Generate and maintain forms, reports, and logs via computerized management software; conduct weekly inventory and track financial transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding equipment warranties.
- Execute clerical duties (filing, keying, faxing), data entry and extraction across systems, with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, Microsoft Office.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- 6 months experience performing Walmart Logistics clerical responsibilities (filing, data entry) using computer applications.
OR 1 year experience performing clerical responsibilities using computer applications. - For Human Resources Clerk: 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field and 1 year experience using computer applications.
OR 1 year experience with human resource activities (payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA) and 1 year experience using computer applications.
Hourly wage range: $15.00 to $29.65 (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
