Job TitleAdministrative Assistant
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage outgoing mailings, including entering mailing list data, generating inquiry letters, and creating marketing flyers.
- Perform envelope preparation by folding, stuffing, sealing, and applying postage to mailings.
- Assist with mail merge functions in Microsoft Word, with training provided as needed.
- Maintain and update zip code data and internal records for designated regions such as Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Perform filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
- Learn to use online search tools to support business needs and internal projects.
- Assist with data updates to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and records.
- Support internal processes such as safekeeping, document organization, and maintaining orderly records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and projects.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities over time, including tasks that support future sales-focused activities.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software and tools.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative support tasks.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, office-based environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and other core applications, is a plus; training is available.
- Experience with administrative support, such as filing paperwork and maintaining records, is helpful.
- Comfort using online search tools to support research and data management.
- Interest in developing skills that can lead to a future sales-focused role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
This role is fully onsite, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position is based in an office environment where the administrative assistant supports daily operations and collaborates with other team members in person. The dress code is business casual. The work involves regular use of computers, Microsoft Office applications, and standard office equipment, as well as handling physical mailings, documents, and files in a structured and organized setting.

Contract to Hire position based out of Strawbridge, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
