Administrative Assistant – Sales Team
Charleroi, PA 15022
Full-Time | Onsite
$18–$20/hour
- The Administrative Assistant will monitor and respond to voicemail messages for the sales team.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track customer information and sales activity.
- Organize client names, phone numbers, and other sales data.
- The Administrative Assistant will assist the sales team in preparing for seasonal quote activity.
- Provide administrative support while helping the team work through a backlog of customer requests.
- The Administrative Assistant will perform general office duties as assigned.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a quiet office environment.
- Able to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
