Dealership Office Administrator

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our dealership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently.
The Office Administrator plays an important role in supporting our accounting and administrative teams by maintaining accurate records, organizing paperwork, and assisting with basic accounting functions.
Responsibilities- File and organize dealership documents, contracts, and records.
- Scan, upload, and electronically maintain paperwork in dealership systems.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry and document reconciliation.
- Process and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Prepare paperwork for vehicle sales and service transactions.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
- Answer phones and assist with general office inquiries as needed.
- Distribute mail and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist various departments with administrative projects and daily office support.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, office, or accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in an automotive dealership is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
