Facilities & Safety Administrator II
Location:
Warren Dale, PA
Schedule:
Flexible between 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Travel: Up to 5%
Compensation: $50,000 – $73,620 annually, depending on experience
Benefits: Available on day one and include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with a 6% match , plus an additional 4% company contribution based on company performance. Also includes 8 floating holidays and 2 weeks of vacation .
About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Facilities & Safety Administrator II to support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations. This role will assist with purchasing, invoice processing, facilities systems, workplace safety, access control, vendor coordination, and office space planning.
Responsibilities Process purchase orders and reconcile facilities-related invoices.
Maintain facilities systems, including CMMS, visitor management, access control, and other workplace platforms.
Support workplace safety initiatives and participate in Safety Committee activities.
Manage employee access, s, and assist with security and access audits.
Coordinate office moves, furniture changes, space reconfigurations, and vendor services.
Support multiple office locations, including occasional site visits and decommissioning projects.
Coordinate vendors, service contracts, preventive maintenance, and facilities requests.
Maintain accurate facilities documentation, safety logs, vendor records, and reports.
Provide backup support for mechanical maintenance activities as needed.
Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in facilities administration, operations, procurement, or a related field.
Experience with systems such as CMMS, access control, visitor management, CCTV, or mass notification platforms .
Experience supporting workplace safety programs or Safety Committees.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal teams and vendors.
Preferred: Experience in a multi-site corporate environment, familiarity with OSHA or NFPA standards, vendor and contract coordination, office moves, ERP/procurement systems, or certifications such as OSHA 10/30, FMP, or IFMA SFP .
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional work in facilities areas and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds .
