As a Receptionist Part-time, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Your outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

• Greet patients, families, and visitors, and provide directions and information as needed
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records and files
• Prepare and distribute patient charts, reports, and other documents as required
• Assist staff with daily tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and lobby

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer software and office equipment
