Position:

Administrative Assistant

Shift:

8AM-4:30PM (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)

This position will amount in 32 hours/week.

Experience:
  • Two to Five years of Administrative Assistant experience required.
  • Experience with prior-authorizations is required.
  • Experience in confidential environment preferred.
  • Excellent secretarial and organization skills.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Software, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven ability to use advanced components of PC, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows applications, Data management systems.
  • Excellent typing and grammar skills; familiarity with business correspondence formats; ability to communicate effectively with physicians, administration, employees and vendors.
  • Education:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or graduate of secretarial/business school preferred.
