Assistant Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Administrator to join our team at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider. As an Assistant Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients and residents receive exceptional care and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Administrator in managing the overall operation of the facility, including administrative tasks, budgeting, and personnel management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Coordinate and conduct staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor patient and resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistics to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in facility surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff
  • Assist in the recruitment and retention of high-quality staff
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field) required

  • Prior experience in long-term care or healthcare administration recommended
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
