We are looking for a reliable, organized, flexible, and warm Floater / Administrative Assistant to join our preschool team.

This is a unique role for someone who enjoys both working with young children and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

• Providing classroom coverage and support as needed.
• Assisting teachers throughout the school day.
• Helping with transitions, arrival, dismissal, and carpool responsibilities.
• Supporting the preschool office with administrative tasks.
• Preparing materials, organizing supplies, copying, filing, and other daily needs.
• Communicating classroom or facilities needs to the appropriate staff.
• Stepping in wherever extra support is needed.

• Dependable and punctual.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with infants through preschool-age children.
• Able to multitask and shift easily between responsibilities.
• Friendly, professional, and a strong team player.
• Experienced in an early childhood or school setting preferred.
