This position is responsible for administering the service and warranty programs and standards in order to enhance the company’s relationships with its dealers. The coordinator ensures timely resolution of claims while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company warranty policies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Service- Complete and fax warranty service request to appropriate A/C manufacturers
- Fax copies of completed service orders and/or calls the appropriate dealers
- Maintain a log of credit card and cash expenditures and submit monthly report
- File all paperwork generated for each service call
- Receive and schedule all service requests
- Coordinate service employees for open calls
- Develop list of all sub-contractors by area
- Oversee all duties of Service Technicians
- Check all service technician truck, tool and service reports
- Monitor condition (cleanliness and maintenance) of service vehicles and equipment
- Inventory tools and equipment in service trucks
- Holds service solutions meetings
- Assists Quality Assurance Manager as needed
- Assists all other administrative support positions as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
- Be very detail oriented and well organized
- Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
- Be skilled at problem solving and analysis
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction methods, building materials and warranty practices
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and humidity; ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods
