- Clerical Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes. We have an immediate need for a motivated person to fill an Administrative Assistant position in Imler, PA to be apart of the Sales Team. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines each day.

• Telephone operator
• Providing excellent customer service while directing incoming calls
• Clerical duties as assigned
• Recordkeeping & Filing
• Assisting Sales, Engineering & Drafting personnel
• Mailing Packages

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Must have a positive attitude
• Excellent phone presence
