$42,000–$52,000
Our client is an established and growing construction and industrial organization seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organized, supporting a team, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support within a construction and industrial environment. This person will help keep office operations organized while supporting project teams, field personnel, and management as needed.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and operations team
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries
- The Administrative Assistant will maintain and organize files, records, and project documentation
- Enter and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets
- Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities
- The Administrative Assistant will support project and field teams with administrative needs
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, timekeeping, and other paperwork
- Communicate with vendors, customers, employees, and subcontractors as needed
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, when necessary
- Construction, industrial, or project-based office experience is a plus
