Primary function is to prepare quotes and do PO Confirmation. Secondary function, as needed, would be to help other team members enter orders that have been forwarded to support team (same day). This position is also responsible for maintaining all supplies, including taking inventory on a regular basis as well as sorting for distribution any inter-company mail and preparing any outgoing mail.

They also share the responsibility to greet and direct customers and visitors to Building 100.

• Successful bidder will be accountable for all safety, health, and environmental issues related to this position.
• Uses tools provided to interpret, calculate and respond to customer requests for quotation.
• Reviews customer purchase order documentation to adhere to ISO 9002/TS procedures regarding contract review.
• Enters orders and PO Requisition s as needed.
• Review and maintain office supplies.
• Is a team player and works in a group setting, with Team Leader to balance WIP in the cell.
• Performs other duties including receptionist duties to ensure overall office efficiency.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of1 year experience with tooled quotes is necessary before moving to order entry.
• Basic computer skills including excel.
