What You'll Be Doing- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive dependable care
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate schedule updates and communicate important information promptly
- Maintain accurate client records and office documentation
- Partner with the office team to provide a smooth and positive client experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and standard office programs
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities
- Experience in healthcare, scheduling, or office administration is helpful, but not required
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00–$16.00 per hour
