This position supports front desk and office operations that assist staff and community members who rely on transportation services. As a Clerk 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Front Desk Support:
Greet walk-ins, answer phones, and assist community visitors - Office Tasks:
Complete data entry, scanning, filing, and mail processing - Staff Assistance:
Help supervisors, caseworkers, and administrative staff with daily needs - Travel Coordination:
Arrange staff travel plans and manage related reservations - Record Handling:
Maintain accurate paperwork flow to meet deadlines - Customer Service:
Respond to questions and provide clear information to community members
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday
- Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work schedule includes irregular, evening, and weekend hours. - Occasional travel in and out of the county for meetings may be required.

- Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; or
- Completion of a high school business curriculum; or
- Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges and abilities.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
