Overview

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers. Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices. We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hamilton Square, PA area. Mavis has over 2,000 retail locations and is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Assistant Manager
    : supports the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Enforces established policies, procedures and standards; schedules mechanics/technicians; manages outside orders; ensures the quality and timely completion of jobs; meets customer expectations; and maintains team member safety.
  • Service Manager
    : assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. Directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stages vehicle repair/maintenance work. Drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, ensures customer satisfaction with the in-store experience, and strives to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
