General Service Technician (Entry-Level Automotive Role)

As a General Service Technician, you'll perform essential automotive maintenance services while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oil changes and filter replacement
• Tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and maintenance
• Battery installation and starting/charging system checks
• Vehicle inspections and basic safety services
• Installing wiper blades, headlights, and small components
• Assisting technicians with brake, suspension, and alignment work
• Stocking and unloading tires
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Recommending needed services to customers

• Entry‑level – no prior shop experience required
• Paid training and skill development
• Clear path to Technician B/A/Master Technician roles
• Work with modern tools and equipment

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive work
• Valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check

This is an active, hands‑on role that includes:

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the day
• Lifting heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs.)
• Working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Exposure to shop noise, tools, chemicals, and vehicle systems
