We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join the team at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Phoenixville, PA area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics and technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timeliness of jobs, meet customer expectations and maintain team safety.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair and maintenance information, ensure a satisfactory in‑store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess:

• 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales; or
• 1 year of experience or training in automotive repairs/maintenance; or
• Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
