Promotive is hiring a C Level Automotive Technician in Ottsville, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician with at least two years of automotive repair experience who is ready to continue developing their skills in a well-established, family-oriented independent repair shop. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a clean, climate-controlled facility equipped with modern diagnostic technology while servicing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacement, fluid top-offs, and tire rotations.
• Complete brake inspections and basic brake repair services.
• Perform tire mounting, tire balancing, tire repair, and other tire services.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
• Assist with basic repairs on braking systems, suspension systems, and steering systems.
• Utilize Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software to document vehicle conditions and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with senior technicians and service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and repair quality.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred, but dealership used‑car reconditioning experience will be considered.
• Ability to perform oil changes, brake services, tire services, and basic vehicle maintenance independently.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic automotive tools required.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• State inspection license is a plus but not required.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.

• Hourly pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
