Car Shop is seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Control Associate to play a critical role in our reconditioning process. In this position, you'll help ensure every vehicle meets Car Shop's quality standards and is ready for retail sale, directly impacting the customer experience and our reputation for excellence.

As an Automotive Quality Control Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle meets Car Shop's quality standards before being offered for retail sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Car Shop's quality standards and retail readiness requirements
• Identify cosmetic, detailing, or quality deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department
• Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to service and sales teams
• Verify vehicles meet standards outlined in the Car Shop Quality Control Manual
• Assist the Photography Team with capturing vehicle images as needed
• Support the Detail Department during periods of increased business demand
• Maintain accurate quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Help ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience

• Previous automotive detailing, reconditioning, or quality control experience required
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and recommendations across departments
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
