Automotive Technician (A & B Level) | $25–$50/hr | No Weekends

This is a structured, high-performing automotive shop where technicians are paid a guaranteed hourly wage, supported with strong systems, and never asked to work weekends.

We’re hiring both A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians who want consistency, respect, and a long-term home in a well-run shop.

What You’ll Do

B-Level Technician

  • Maintenance services (fluids, BG services, inspections)
  • Brake and suspension work
  • Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Support production goals (25–30 billed hours/week)
  • Learn from senior technicians

A-Level Technician

  • Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, complex issues)
  • Major repairs (engine, transmission, system-level work)
  • Mentor and support junior technicians
  • Ensure quality control and accuracy
  • Productivity target: 35–45+ billed hours/week

What We’re Looking For

B-Level:

  • 3–5 years automotive experience
  • Strong brakes, suspension, and maintenance skills
  • Basic diagnostic ability
  • Team-oriented mindset

A-Level:

  • 5+ years automotive experience
  • Strong diagnostic ability (electrical + drivability)
  • Ability to handle complex repairs independently
  • Leadership mindset

Required for both:

  • State inspection license
  • Emissions license
  • Professional attitude and reliability

Nice to Have

  • ASE certifications
  • Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
  • Tekmetric or similar system experience
