Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and passionate about cars? Join our fast-paced Reconditioning and Detailing Department as a New Car Preparation & Delivery Specialist. In this full-time role, you'll be primarily responsible for the final preparation of new vehicles before customer delivery-ensuring each vehicle meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, 1 Saturday every 4 Weeks, 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities include:
Perform full exterior and interior cleaning of new vehicles prior to customer delivery
Apply protective treatments to paint, leather, fabric, and glass as needed
Ensure new vehicles are spotless, polished, and showroom-ready
Handle special-purpose cleaners and detailing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in basic lot organization and vehicle movement as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background test
Physical requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel
- Frequently required to walk the lot to search for vehicles
