Automotive Technician - DEL Toyota

Pay: $20 - $40 per hour, based on experience

DEL Toyota is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team in Thorndale, Pennsylvania. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, can diagnose and repair vehicles properly, and wants to be part of a busy dealership environment with room to grow.

• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid services, and other maintenance work
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, computer, and drivability concerns
• Repair or replace worn or faulty parts and components
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
• Document repairs, recommendations, and work performed clearly and accurately
• Communicate with advisors and team members to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and take pride in quality repairs
• Knowledge of modern vehicle systems, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Toyota, ASE, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
