You will coordinate between customers and technicians, ensuring that each vehicle receives top-quality care while providing transparent estimates and service recommendations.

- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of required repairs or maintenance services using estimating software and technical knowledge.
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics to maximize customer value.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates, communicate repair timelines, and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
- Collaborate closely with service technicians to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the service process, updating them on progress and explaining repair findings in understandable terms.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and manage service writing documentation accurately.
- Promote dealership services by leveraging automotive diagnostics expertise and recommending appropriate solutions for collision repair or diesel engine issues.
- Support the dealership’s auto service management goals by tracking vehicle repairs, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar auto service management role within a dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, oil changes, brake repair, alignments, suspension systems, tire services, shocks & struts, air brake systems, diesel engine repair, and collision repair.
- Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and trust with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving experience is essential.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong background in automotive repair or service writing is advantageous.

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
