• Lead daily shop operations and keep workflow moving efficiently.
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and daily shop priorities.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from vehicle intake through completion.
• Coach and support technicians and service staff.
• Present repair recommendations and drive service sales while maintaining customer trust.
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and the service team throughout the repair process.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to support daily operations.

• At least 5 year of Service Manager, Assistant Manager, or Service Advisor experience.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with sales and consistent follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.

C&J Automotive offers the opportunity to lead a stable shop averaging 55-60 vehicles per week while making a direct impact on its day-to-day performance. The climate-controlled facility provides a comfortable work environment year-round.
