Job Summary

Automotive Maintenance Technician II at Manheim (a Cox Automotive company). Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and maintaining vehicle history. The role supports fleet maintenance operations at a specified Cox location. Flexible work schedule with overtime opportunities, no remote option.

Compensation

Hourly base pay: $22.02 - $33.08 per hour (range based on location, skill, and qualifications). Eligible for additional compensation such as commission and incentive programs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles.
  • Execute repairs and maintenance based on certification levels.
  • Create and maintain vehicle maintenance history.
  • Fit vehicles with required equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Ongoing training to maintain current ASE status and adapt to technology/fleet changes.
  • ASE Automotive or Truck Certification, or related certifications (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and love for cars and people.
