We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our Service Advisor is the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You'll manage the service experience from write-up to delivery - communicating clearly, building trust, and making sure every customer leaves confident in the work we did and ready to come back.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, listen to service concerns, and accurately document them in the work order
• Recommend appropriate maintenance, repairs, and services based on vehicle history and technician findings
• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approvals before work begins
• Communicate proactively with customers on vehicle status, delays, and additional repair needs
• Coordinate with technicians to manage shop workflow and prioritize repair completion
• Follow up post-visit to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of service advisor experience in an automotive dealership preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're the face of our service department
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology
• Proficiency with Auto/Mate, or comparable DMS
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
