Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
- Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians
- Costs parts on invoice
- Coordinates with Technicians of Collision Center, and others to ensure that parts requests are met
- Stocks incoming product and tracks inventory

- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
- Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to change
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Automotive knowledge will be a plus
- High School Diplomaor equivalent
