Autohaus Lancaster is seeking an experienced Detailer to be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet our high standards. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality results and understands that attention to detail matters.

• A friendly, professional work environment with the best training in the industry.

• Thoroughly clean and detail the inside and outside of new and used vehicles for delivery and display
• Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Clean and condition carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, wheels, and tires
• Apply appropriate cleaning, polishing, and protective products
• Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, showroom presentation, and inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Properly use and maintain detailing equipment and supplies
• Follow dealership procedures and safety standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and delivery deadlines

• Previous automotive detailing experience is a plus
• Dependable and hardworking
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Self-motivated and takes pride in their work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
