Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements for financial technology products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, financial services, and data analysis, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and mitigating risk.

• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business and functional requirements into actionable items for Agile development teams.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions for moderately complex functionalities and reporting needs.
• Document user acceptance test cases (UAT) and perform UAT activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of business and technical product architecture.
• Coordinate between Operations, Solutions, Product, and Development teams to identify and implement technology-based solutions.
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, improving accuracy, and reducing risk.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Teams.
• Experience in data analysis with a working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Experience in financial services, particularly in Asset Management or Wealth Management.

• Prior exposure to the Fin Tech industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Curiosity and critical thinking skills to identify and implement process improvements.
