This is a full‑time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The VP of Sales will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing a high‑performing sales team, and driving business growth through key partnerships and client relationships. The role involves overseeing account management, optimizing sales operations, and developing business‑development initiatives. The Vice President of Sales will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and develop long‑term strategies for success in the cryptocurrency derivatives market.

• Proven skills and experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Expertise in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
• Experience in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• In‑depth knowledge of cryptocurrency or financial markets preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
