Provide daily purchasing support activities including, but not limited to, the ordering of Store room replenishment, operating and maintenance supplies along with the associated trouble shooting of invoices, receiving and stock management.

• Set up and maintain storeroom inventory items in Oracle.
• Establish blanket agreements, approved supplier lists, and sourcing rules for inventoried items.
• Negotiate purchasing agreements that align with Hydro terms and conditions while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Manage the negotiation and processing of miscellaneous scrap and surplus sales on behalf of Alcoa.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and suppliers to resolve receiving and invoicing discrepancies.
• Provide daily purchasing support for mill requisitions.

Required Education/

Experience:

• High school diploma required.

Preferred Skills/

Qualifications:

Previous experience within the home department is strongly preferred.
