Division Inside Sales Team Supervisor

• Oversee sales and satisfaction efforts for existing customers within the assigned territory.
• Train Inside Sales representatives and serve as liaison between the Commercial Sales Manager, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and Customer Development Specialists.
• Help the team achieve its goals while aligning with company objectives.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or culinary certificate preferred.
• Five years of previous customer service or inside sales experience with at least one year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or relevant work experience, may be considered.
• Ability to provide a letter of support from current management if the candidate is employed by a Gordon Food Service customer.
