We are seeking an experienced FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) Manager to oversee our FTZ operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost savings.

Role Overview

As the FTZ Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Foreign Trade Zone operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with customs brokers, logistics teams, and regulatory agencies to maximize FTZ benefits while maintaining seamless product movement.

Key Responsibilities
  • FTZ Operations Management – Oversee daily FTZ activities, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory tracking, and compliance with U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all FTZ operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including CBP, the Department of Commerce, and other governing bodies.
  • Cost Optimization – Identify opportunities for duty savings, tax benefits, and operational efficiencies within the FTZ program.
  • Inventory Control – Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper classification, documentation, and reporting for FTZ merchandise.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, legal) and external partners (customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies) to optimize FTZ operations.
  • Audit & Reporting – Prepare and submit required FTZ reports, maintain documentation for audits, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Process Improvement – Develop and enhance FTZ policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and compliance.
