Contractor - Vendor Management Lead

Corporate Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Vendor Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tracking and analyzing the subdivision s financial and vendor data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements. In this role, you will be a part of a collaborative team that provides strategic support for the senior leaders and crew across the Corporate Systems departments.

Core Responsibilities:

////// Implements and maintains framework/processes that enable the Corporate System s Leadership team to proactively manage cost, resourcing requirements, and financial performance.
////// Lead planning & contract renewal activities to develop sustainable mechanisms to effectively capture, communicate, track, and report progress.
////// Assist with continuous financial planning process by working with finance and PMOs to support business needs.
////// Develop effective renewal strategies that align with overall budget.
////// Builds and maintains strong working relationships with FP&A, Accounting, and Corporate Systems leadership.
////// Focuses on continuous improvements to the renewal and reporting process, including exploring and implementing ways to automate the process.
/////// Performs vendor management governance tasks as assigned to ensure 3rd party vendor costs align to budgets and financial plan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Coordinates with managers and FP&A on budgets.
-Partners with Corporate Procurement Department and subdivision managers to ensure contracting process is completed according to overall
*** and subdivision policies and procedures.
-Provides purchasing training and guides to managers.
-Oversees the contract approval process as defined by the Corporate System s subdivision policies and procedures.
-Manages, tracks, and reports contract data in reporting tools and dashboards.
-Oversees and manages subdivision contract repository and ensure all documents are up to date.
-Supports year-end financial reconciliation accrual process for 3rd party contracts in partnership with FP&A and Accounting.
-Understands and navigates the Oracle system on a regular basis.
-Works in partnership with managers, Procurement, FP&A, Accounting, and Accounts Payable on any vendor related contracting, invoicing, or payment issues.

////// Minimum five years related work experience, three years financial and/or purchasing background preferred.
////// Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
////// Preferred experience building dashboards and analyzing data in Tableau.
