• Manage suppliers:
  Control their processes through monthly KPIs, operational sheets, and supervision of functions.
• Manage the Finance Drive.
• Manage money transfer.
• Manage the ARCO and revocatory right. Validate requests received from Offices about ARCO (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) rights to pass to Supplier.
• Consult Data Treatment. Manage client instruction of no contact.
• Manage payment of supplier invoices: RENIEC and CAME.
• SUNARP:
  Manage recharges, attention balance of requests received from Offices.
• DERRAMAS:
  Generate and manage files for distribution of expenses (Reniec and Sunarp).
• Manage corporate tables.
• Manage database of people.
• Economic Groups:
  Manage incidents in the process of fusion of central codes of Companies. Send email to Risks.
• Propose improvement initiatives in processes inherent to the team, impacting a better development of our internal clients and oriented to minimize costs.
• Manage requirements of external auditors.
• Manage insurance contracts.
• Manage the CTS.
• Attend punctual tasks assigned by requirements of the Team or other units: reactivations of accounts, blocks/unblocks, retentions/liftings, review in movcontadetalle ope., effected to clients, etc.
• Elaborate monthly Global Balance for Accounting.
• Perform other designated functions by your boss, in response to the needs of the business and the Team:
  Elaborate manual of the processes, incorporate new processes and/or functions of the Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in similar roles.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python skills.
• Specific knowledge and handling of internal systems 3270 and NACAR.
