Direct Report: Business Operations Manager
Status: Full Time (Exempt - Administrative)/At-Will
Purpose: The Project Analytics Manager will act as the liaison between the company's operations and back‑office team, collecting and analyzing project data to provide insights and recommendations that help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet objectives.
Responsibilities- Approve Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll for the company.
- Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.
- Conduct and present feasibility analysis reports for assigned projects.
- Identify and provide real‑time analysis of key performance indicators.
- Monitor and evaluate overall project progress.
- Analyze project data and produce insights.
- Provide operational support by liaising with stakeholders and tracking milestones, timelines, and related reports.
- Prepare, review, and maintain service agreements, proposals, contracts, project‑specific documentation, third‑party reports, and key communications.
- Review, audit, and measure operational data against KPIs; communicate irregularities or lagging metrics to management in real time.
- Assist management in preparing project budgets by providing insights into cost drivers and recommending cost‑saving measures.
- Facilitate project meetings and follow up on assigned action items.
- Conduct financial analysis of project expenditures and budgetary limits to assess profitability and communicate significant variances to management.
- Partner with operational managers to address identified financial or resource allocation shortcomings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (project managers, procurement, accounting) to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Assign tasks to company team members when assistance is required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- 2+ years of management experience required.
- 1+ year of accounting / finance experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational, project management, and other shared service teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is required; extensive experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented atmosphere.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Salesforce and Sage 300.
- Highly motivated, self‑starter.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and exercise sound judgment in stressful situations.
- Ability to adhere to schedules.
- Ability to assess and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods in a standard office chair.
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, including weekends, when required.
- Visual tolerance for prolonged exposure to computer screens, mobile devices, and other electronics.
- Ability to read documents in hard or soft copy, with or without corrective lenses.
- Ability to walk, step, climb stairs, and move between locations.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, and sit for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in all‑weather conditions when required.
